ITW Food Equipment Group Appoints Director of Dealer Service

GLENVIEW, Illinois (September 1, 2026) – ITW Food Equipment Group has named Elton Johnson director of dealer service, effective September 1, 2026. Elton will serve as a dedicated point of contact for ITW’s dealer community, supporting installation quotations, service opportunities and escalation needs across the ITW Food Equipment Group family of brands.

Elton brings more than two decades of service management and leadership experience and currently serves as a regional director with Hobart Service. His operational experience and established dealer relationships position him well to fully connect ITW’s equipment brands—including Hobart, Vulcan and Traulsen—with one of the industry’s largest company-owned service organizations.
